Brand Intent
Headshots should present each team member as a confident, grounded, and human.
When placed side by side, images should align in scale and posture. We are creating a cohesive visual system that reflects clarity, credibility, and human-centered excellence.
Composition & Framing
Straight on only (no angled or side profiles)
Face and shoulder square to camera
Eyes looking directly into the lens
Torso-up framing (mid-torso or waist up)
Extra space allows for consistent cropping

Face a window directly
Window at eye level or slightly above
Soft, even light across the entire face
