High-Performance Psychologist | Former Pro Athlete | Transition Specialist | Culture & Leadership Strategist
Dr. Kirsten Cooper, PsyD, CMPC
My favorite place to work is supporting millennial entrepreneurs, particularly females, to be the change we want to see in the workforce. I help senior leaders, founders, athletes, and other high achievers unlock their full potential, build high-performing teams, and elevate their leadership brand. A former U.S. Alpine Ski Team athlete turned performance psychologist and executive and leadership coach, I specialize in translating the mental frameworks of elite sport into sustainable high performance in sport, business, and leadership. With a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, a master’s in Performance Psychology, and CMPC certification, I’ve coached Fortune 500 execs, high-growth founders, Olympians, and Everest climbers to thrive under pressure, navigate transitions, and lead with clarity and resilience.
